Love being able to have my baby girl so close! She’s now almost 4 months, 13lbs, 61 cm. long and fits in it great still. Definitely recommend. The bassinet was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. We opted out of a crib for the time being and I think this was the perfect option for us. I don’t think it’s the most comfortable sleep but think that attributes to baby sleeping safety efforts. This bassinet is the perfect solution for our family! We needed more space for our fur babies and this solved our problem! It’s well made and sturdy and safe. I recommend it without hesitation!Perfect for newborn. Fits next to bed, great for nursing mothers and night time feeding!great choice for us.I got this for co sleeping with my baby. I like how high up it goes, I read others don’t accommodate taller bed frames. I like how sturdy the base is, it does rock a tiny bit but it’s stronger than the Halo bassinet. I like that it wraps around the mattress and pulls tight. Our mattress does shift around a bit for various reasons I won’t disclose, so I do need to adjust it daily. I would definitely recommend this. My son is a large 4 month old and still has a few more weeks of use ?. Idk what I’m going to do when he out grows this.Got this bassinet as a second time mom wanting something that was easily accessible from the bed. It is a good, firm, flat mattress. Easy assembly. Snuggles up right next to the bed so makes late-night feedings easy. What I dont love about it is the footprint—it takes up a lot of space on the floor and the extendable feet dont stay in on ours. My other dislike is that it’s not incredibly sturdy. I dont feel that it will fall apart, but it definitely isn’t totally motionless with some pushing. All in all, it’s what we were looking for and I’d recommend it to friends and family.Baby shower presents they put it up in a day! Easy assembly. And they loved it!!I highly recommend you look at another bassinet. We selected this based on a number of factors including great reviews. Specifically, we have a very high bed and I wanted to make sure that our bassinet could be as close in height as possible. This was terrible from the start...1. My husband unboxed and began to assemble as I was super pregnant when we got this. It was 3/4 of the way assembled by the time I saw it and they shipped the wrong color (we ordered dark gray, got light gray). It was annoying but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things and it was too much of an ordeal to exchange based on that.2. We have a narrow space for this to fit in...there is precisely 3 inches to spare between the bassinet and the wall it is is pushed all the way up against our bed. I noticed upon assembly that it felt like it could easily wobble from side to side (despite its claim that it can be a standalone bassinet). It lacks lateral support and despite the close quarters, my little one is able to shake it all about when she kicks her legs.3. This claims it comes with 2 sheets...it didn’t. Just one. And their sheet is a very cheap material.4. Finding sheets for this bassinet IS A NIGHTMARE. I am not exaggerating when I say we tried 11 different companies and sizes and nothing worked well. The closest fit is Burts Bees Mini crib sheets and even then there are issues5. The mattress for this is horrible and frankly I am fearful that it is a suffocation risk. It is basically a piece of soft foam wrapped in smooth finish vinyl. There is absolutely NO rigidity to it which makes it a HUGE risk because it is easy to lift up and out. Our little one is now 5 months old and has figured out that she can lift the corner of the mattress and pull it over her face or tuck it under her body if she’s flipped over. Additionally, because it is so flimsy and soft (unlike a lack and play which typically has a hard panel with it), sheets cause the corners of the bassinet to curl (again, posing an extreme safety hazard)6. Lastly, the entire thing is crooked!!! This isn’t an assembly issue. The bassinet itself is a solid piece and it all tilts towards the zip down side. When the top bar is secured when the zip down side is set up, the tilt is just about 5 degrees and when the bar is up and the entire unit is closed and zipped up, the tilt is 3.5 degrees. We tried placing something under the legs to lift that side to counteract the tilt but everything makes it feel more wobbly. When our little was new and swaddled when sleeping I folded flannel blankets in long layers under the mattress to counteract the tilt because it kept causing her to roll or shift. And now that she is older and sleeping on her side and belly sometimes, we have removed all of them for fear of her pulling them up and find that because if the tilt, she is often face first pressed up against the crack on that side.I hate hate hate this bassinet. Many sleepless nights and anxiety with so many issues, not to mention hassle with finding the right sheets. We can’t afford to buy a new one and she’s not old enough to be in her crib yet so we are just stuck it seems.Seriously, do yourself a favor - do not purchase, register, or even consider this as an option for your little one. I honestly don’t know how it has gotten so many good reviews.
