I was missing the little photo that came with the puzzle at first. Contacted the seller when I got the puzzle and while it took awhile to receive the missing pieces they did end up arriving. My daughter loves this toy and I'm so happy with the outcome and the seller's speedy response time and fix of the issue. Definitely would recommend this product for others!Definitely cute. I wish it was more durable feeling. Shipping was easy and fast but I was quickly disappointed when we opened the package. This toy is absolutely not for little kids, in fact I would say the age recommendations should be for ages 7 or 8 and up. The board and pieces are extremely thin and my fiancé picked one up to look at it and it snapped in his hand. My son had a piece and chewed on it for all of about 10 seconds when I heard it snap making the piece even smaller. Upon looking at the piece closer I noticed the wood had started to splinter and the paint had started coming off. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOY FOR A TODDLER OR CHILD WHO PUTS THINGS IN THEIR MOUTH AT ALL. THIS TOY IS A COMPLETE CHOKING HAZARD……. However I did give it 5 stars for being giftable…. The toy is painted nicely and would make a great keepsake as it’s personalized with the child’s name but that’s as much positive I can give it, but as far as letting a child play with it I would have given it a rating of at least a -10.DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE THE INTENT OF LETTING YOUR LITTLE ONE PLAY WITH IT.
